An American French Canadian with nearly 30 years of experience, Ludovick “Ludo” Michaud is a VFX Director and Vice-President with a deep well of knowledge in visual effects for Film & Television. He has overseen the creation of stunning visuals for over eight feature films (including Spy Kids 2 & 3), countless commercials, video game trailers, and even 3D amusement park rides.
Ludo is a highly skilled 3D generalist, specializing in lighting, compositing, and pipeline/workflow development. He is a member of the prestigious Visual Effects Society (VES) and serves on the Board of Managers for the Texas Section. Beyond his commercial work, Ludo is passionate about fostering the next generation of 3D artists, working as a Visual Effects teacher and mentor.
Now, Ludo is pushing the boundaries of the architectural world, creating immersive experiences with cutting-edge technology, including AI. He is constantly elevating his firm’s visualization group through his dedication to innovation and exploration.
