Meet someone new. Make a connection. Win some prizes.

New for Industry Giants 2026, Giants Among Us is our networking game designed to get students and professionals talking to each other.


HOW TO PLAY

1. GET YOUR CARD

  • Pick up your Giants Among Us Bingo card at the conference.

2. FIND YOUR GIANTS

  • Find people who match the descriptions on your card and ask them to sign the appropriate square.
  • Every signature must come from a different person.
  • You must collect signatures from both students and professionals.
  • Look at the color of their Industry Giants name tag to tell the difference.

3. TALK TO PEOPLE

  • Don’t just collect signatures!
  • Your name tag includes:

  • Use these prompts to start conversations and look for clues that might help you complete your card.

4. GET TWO LINES

  • Complete two Bingo lines using rows, columns, diagonals, or any combination.

5. TURN IT IN

Bring your completed card to the Industry Giants front desk by 3:00 PM on October 3.

There will be two submission boxes:

MENTORSHIP DRAWING
Three winners receive a professional mentorship.

PRIZE DRAWING
Enter to win additional Industry Giants prizes.

You may enter both drawings.


THE RULES

  • Every square must be signed by a different person.

  • The person signing must genuinely match the description.
  • You must complete two Bingo lines.
  • Cards must be submitted by 3:00 PM.
  • Be respectful. The goal is to make real connections, not just collect signatures.

THE PRIZES

THREE PROFESSIONAL MENTORSHIPS

Three lucky participants will receive a one-on-one limited mentorship with an industry professional.

  • Mentorship will be 3x :30 min one-on-one meetings over the next year.
  • Format and times to be arranged with your mentor.
  • Mentorship is not an offer or guarantee of employment, internship, representation, or future work.
  • Mentors are not obligated to provide employment opportunities or make professional referrals.

Mentorships are intended to be a professional and educational exchange. Participants are expected to communicate respectfully, be prepared for their scheduled meeting, and make every reasonable effort to keep their appointment. Missing a scheduled mentorship appointment without reasonable notice may result in forfeiture of the mentorship.

ABOSG and Industry Giants do not guarantee any particular outcome from a mentorship and are not responsible for employment, business, or other professional relationships that may result from the interaction.

Any questions, concerns, disputes, or issues regarding the Giants Among Us mentorship program or its administration should be directed to vince at ABunchofshortguys(dot)org, whose determination regarding the administration of the program will be final.
