Before You Arrive

  • Plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your designated time.
  • Ensure that you have your materials available with no wi-fi connection. Due to the amount of people, we cannot guarantee good upload speeds.
  • For mediums that use video, put together a demo reel that is less than a minute long. This will help ensure that reviewers will have enough time to give notes.
  • For visual mediums, Artstation is an option for uploading.
  • Each table will give fiveteen (15) minutes to review work. Please prepare your presentation to make the most of your time.

At the Event

  • A reserved spot will be considered given up after 5 minutes into the timeslot has passed. If you arrive late, but before the 5 minutes is up, your review time will be shortened to accommodate.
  • Morning reviews will be from 10 am-12:00pm, while afternoon ones will be from 1pm-3:00pm.
  • When your time begins, you will be instructed for which table to go to.
  • In order to be courteous to other students, we will ask that reviews end right on the end of the 15 minute mark.
